On the day that David Cameron told the country that we were sending our last few RAF planes off to the Mediterranean to take part in the UN backed action against Colonel Gaddafi’s troops, it was so annoying to see the pathetic attendance in the House of Commons.
In purely humanitarian terms, it’s important that the international community takes all the steps possible to bring the disgusting atrocities to an end. But considering the huge implications of Cameron’s statement, effectively taking us into another war, I was appalled to see how few MPs were actually in The House.
Maybe they were all getting ready to watch Red Nose Day, but I doubt it.
Shame on you MPs, and frankly, shame on the UK.

We recently had the same thing happen in Canada last year. Although the winter olympics was a good thing to bring British Columbia to the world. To see how beautiful and diverse our province of Canada is to the world. Nonetheless, Stephen Harper took it upon himself to prorogue Parliment during the olympics shutting down the political regime in Canada. Now he call’s it the Harper government, not the Government of Canada which voted him prime minister of Canada. Power ego trip. Thank you for your teaching today. Take care and have a good day.
